Friendship in Turbulent Times
A three-month course exploring friendship through photography, filmmaking, zines and creative writing

Over three months, teenagers explored friendship and belonging through photography, zine-making, filmmaking, and creative writing.
Participants transformed personal stories, memories and conversations into collaborative media projects.
Between workshops, an online creative marathon helped keep the group connected and encouraged participants to continue creating together.
The program also included a media literacy workshop with ReDI School, book speed-dating and collage workshop in Tochka Library, family sessions, and a collaborative exhibition.
Visitors were invited to explore a multimedia landscape of self-published zines, analogue photography, video diaries, poetry and short films — a collective portrait of friendship shaped during six months of creating, reading and growing together.
